Suspended Driving – (Moorabbin Magistrates’ Court)
A man drove during a period of suspension to drop off his daughter at sport training. He was aware of the suspension, but chose to drive. He was a small business owner in professional services. His license was very important to him, so was avoiding a conviction. He received a $1000 fine without conviction and no further loss of license. A great result.
