Our client was picking up her children when she was intercepted by police. Our client was unaware that her licence was suspended. It had previously been suspended due to too many demerit points.
In court, the Magistrate imposed a fine of $750 without conviction and did not interfere with our client’s licence. Our client was very pleased as her licence was essential for daily activities with her kids.
