The Facts of the Case:

Our client’s license was suspended two days before being intercepted whilst driving by police. Our client was unaware that his licence was suspended due to too many demerit points.

The Result:

In court, the Magistrate imposed a fine of $500 without conviction and there was no further licence loss for our client.
